This business is filled with lies. They are not a repair company they are sales company. They did not attempt to actually fix my furnace just sell me a new one. It was literally below zero out and these guys were trying to sell me a furnace and A/C unit. Come to find out the whole repair was covered under a lifetime warranty. The "repair guy" failed to mention the warranty the entire time. The owner said he decides the best decision for the customer based on his opinion that's why the warranty was never mentioned as an option. He actually said "if you had a broken stapler on your desk & you had to buy a new one would you buy the same one that broke?" My response was "OF COURSE if it lasted 16 years!!" What he failed to realize or understand is that I wasn't buying a brand new furnace the lifetime warranty on my current unit covered the repair cost and the parts cost.
