Father & Son Building & Remodeling

I called them to set up an estimate for a kitchen remodel. We scheduled for a week out. I came to Toledo from columbus for the estimate . No one showed, no call, text, nothing. Clearly these people are unprofessional and poor at what they do. Don't waste your time even calling these people.

Had Father & Son do a 1200 sq ft addition with new HVAC and plumbing. I have been calling for more than 3 years to have the finishing work done and they will just give a run around. I have not been able to close our master bedroom doors since the project was "completed", furnace went out, flooring has always been bowed, drywall and grout has cracked, siding has come loose and vent covers were never replaced. When I did get them to come out an look the response was..."we'll get back to you with a time" Roger is impossible to work with and their internal communication is horrible. Very rude when I called back about a quote after a month. Said they called, but I never got a call or a message. Unbelievably rude when I was questioning whether they had called. I certainly will not be recommending this company for any work. You would think when you are asking someone to do a job that will cost thousands of dollars they would find someway to contact you when they have your address, phone and email. Totally unacceptable that after over a month they can be rude to a customer that just wants to get a job done. Sad. Two thumbs down for this company. Not that they care apparently!
