Me and my wife are both disabled and on a very tight budget, their rep were very aware of this. The rep who I think was the owner but I can't say for sure told us he had some kind of cards that could only be used toward the purchase of roofing supplies and that this made it so we could save money now and would not likely be able to do so if we waited. Our understanding was we were applying for a loan with a bank and it turned out to be a credit card with a 28.99% or so interest rate on any additional purchases (which of course they offered) toward future home improvements. They financed us through of all places a collection agency which may have been noted but was not specifically mentioned. I assumed there would be some interest to pay but I was not told about it, I simply trusted them. I had told them implicitly that if it cost a dollar more then what he had said we would have to look around a bit more before we made our final decision.
