Frank's Auto Electric

By far one of the worst experience I've ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I spoke with Frank on Tuesday about removing a viper car alarm he said nope I'm not Dead hurry up,$140 get it here as soon as you possible. So I had it towed and met the tow truck driver upon arrival the guy that supposedly works on cars there tells me he will not work on it because I had no appointment and it looked like somebody pulled the harness down I explained to him that all I did was cut two zip ties and unplug the viper alarm even the tow truck driver said he didn't look under the dash. These guys were good. They were upfront about everything, you do have to put $120 down to get your car looked at. Payment is due at time of service. I'm guessing these guys have gotten burned before, but they do good work. They fixed my left headlight because it had a short and another bulb burned out on top of that. Now I don't have to worry about getting a ticket in Michigan! Thank you Frank's!
