Frank's Auto Electric

These guys were good. They were upfront about everything, you do have to put $120 down to get your car looked at. Payment is due at time of service. I'm guessing these guys have gotten burned before, but they do good work. They fixed my left headlight because it had a short and another bulb burned out on top of that. Now I don't have to worry about getting a ticket in Michigan! Thank you Frank's!

I don't know what happened to this place l, but it's not the same as it was twenty years ago. I used to recommend Frank's to anybody who needed electrical work. Now I sadly must give a horrible review. They had my vehicle for over a month ( some parts do take a while to get with the computer chip dilemma since the pandemic). So that's really not the reason for a bad review. When I got my vehicle back, my windshield had a Crack on the inside glass of the windshield. It was obviously damaged when they were working behind the dash. They did not offer to fix it. I was told to go to my insurance company. Last I heard, that would constitute fraud. Then to add insult to injury, the panel was not even properly reinstalled under my steering wheel. I am usually a very reasonable and patient man, but that is too much. I only gave one star because the electrical issue is fixed. I will never go back.

They do know auto electric for sure. I had come to the end of my wits so I took my car there and they had it diagnosed correctly within an hour.
