My AC broke during a hot summer night, and Greg was out promptly the following morning. He completed troubleshooting, and he was really patient with me watching him and asking questions. Greg is extremely professional, and best of all kind. I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this company. Edit: And on the coldest day of the year, my furnace decided to stop working. I called up Greg again and he was out quickly and got my system working again for a great rate. I'm a very happy repeat customer, and I'll continue to use this company. I Feel I should put it out there to people that rely on reviews. Greg is very responsive to getting back to your calls, and is very thorough in his work. He doesn't charge anything that is not needed which is a real blessing in my book. I have worked with service people for some time and he is on my list as a good person to deal with.
