Good luck getting them to even acknowledge a quote request. Waited a week without any response, called and was told to text them the info. No response to that either. Amazing how quick you respond to this... I waited a week before reaching out, in the courtesy and understanding that current circumstances make things tough and being a small business is probably hard. The phone was answered quite curtly, I even had to ask if I reached the business. At that point I was ready to say no thank you and hang up. Tried to give benefit of the doubt and text the info. Not even response text that he received it/would be in touch. NOTHING. I am not expecting you to arrive the next day (even though he said in a day or two on the phone). I am just asking for acknowledgement of the request. I was hoping to help a small local business, rather than some conglomerate which the customer means nothing to. Guess the same goes...
