A month later my friends who saw it on FB had to see and a few said “Wow, what a spa”. House Doctors of Butler Cty remod’ my master bath. Kevin is the master tiles craftsman while Will did the rest of the magic. Top notch quality and artistry. Superb technical quality. Excellent finish.

If I could give zero stars I would. Said they would fix our floor but never showed or called even after reminding them multiple times over the course of 4-5 months.

They showed up promptly and the guys were professional and friendly to complete a few odd projects. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told an estimate would be emailed and they proceeded to get started. The main project a door handle they could not fix. I checked my email and saw the estimate was $547. Realizing that was a ridiculous price for cleaning a washer hose, sink stopper (with a repair kit I had already purchased) and re-hanging a fence panel (with the correct hardware that I had.) I asked them to not do the fence panel since my sink and washer were fixed and that I would contact a locksmith for the door. For 35 minutes of work I was charged $247. I complained and they reduced it to $157. I had a great experience in the past and think it’s best to call them only if you have many projects and a large budget. Also, they have a weird robot phone system in place, which should have been a clue somethings changed in their operation. The guys doing the work were great, jus
