Marcus from American WeatherTechs was my Sales Rep. I was very concerned because my roof was old & had a leak. Marcus was 99% sure that my insurance company would pay for the roof. So I filed the claim and he was right, the insurance company approved the claim! I was so happy because it saved me a lot of money. They have Denise that works with the insurance to make sure I get everything paid that is required by code for the best roof possible. Denise was fantastic and she was very persistent in getting the insurance company to pay for a few items the adjuster did not include. Marcus was great, he explained everything in detail & was very knowledgeable about roofs. He brought samples of everything & helped me pick out the color. My roof was installed in one day & it is phenomenal! I am telling all my friends & neighbors that this is the company you want to use. Overall my experience was great A++. Our house had single pain windows that needed replaced and a sliding glass door. We had several companies give us estimates. Heather came out and showed us your windows and we were sold. We felt we had chosen a good product. Our installation team was Terry, Terry, Terry and Corey. This team was top notch and paid so much attention to detail. They truly were a team that worked well together. We could not be any happier with the product, installation, and clean up.
