As part of the maintenance plan we have with CARE, we scheduled an appointment to have our Heating System inspected and maintained. Scheduling was quick and efficient and was completed within a week of the initial call. It was my schedule that was the holdup, not theirs. They were prepared to complete service within a day. Our technician, Mike was thorough and comprehensive in his examination and testing and gave several tips and suggestions for future maintenance. He was considerate of the age of our unit and was willing to offer solutions to replacement if needed in the future. As I understand it, CARE will offer a free estimate for any repairs/re[placement and give varied options for such. We will continue to use CARE for our A/C and Heating System needs and look forward to having Mike back out for our A/C System check in a couple months. Service: Heating system maintenance
Shane is the best tech ever (you left some tools here)! He always takes the time to explain why something is happening and the best way to fix it. I have a very complex set up and he has been here a lot and has been very patient. Care is a company you can trust with repairs and maintenance. I had Care diagnose my ac when I noticed it wasn't cooling. When I was informed it had a massive leak, as well as obsolete parts I chose to have them replace it.
