About 3 years ago I worked with Ratliff to do a small roof repair. They did what I asked vs. trying to talk me into an insurance claim approach I felt would have been far less than truthful. So when it was time to call for the roof to be replaced you can guess who I called. They worked with us to choose the right products and even engaged a specialist to confirm the best replacement for our 30+ year old skylight. They installed the full roof in one day, they had the Quality Manager onsite in addition to the Project Manager, did a great job on the fireplace flashing and area clean-up. The City inspection was a non-event. 6 months post replacement and not one single issue. Service: Roof installation
