They arrived exactly when expected . The plumbers were knowledgeable and fixed my problem efficiently. Small issue if there is such a thing when it comes to water and I feel it was at reasonable price on such a short notice.
Bought a new home and the city told me I needed to get backflow testing. D&L did the prior tests on the home, so I gave them a call. I was told they would call the city to inform them it was being taken care of and that I would be "put on the schedule." A couple of weeks later, the city shows up, telling me my water is about to be shut-off and they had never heard from D&L. TLDR; my water almost got shut off because D&L didn't follow through on anything they had promised.
We have used D&L exclusively for the past many years whenever we have plumbing problems. They are friendly, professional and very experienced. Thank you Nick for fixing our latest issue in record time!
