Always our go to plumber. Fantastic service.
Randy arrived nearly 2 hours early to do a check of our hot water heater. He had called to check if the early arrival would be okay, but because the voice message was for my business, he didn't leave a message, so when he just showed up at the door, there was a bit of confusion. He agreed that he should have just left a message. He was quick and personable. Very pleased with price and would use again. Especially like that every time I called them, an actual person answered the phone.
Such an awesome experience. Had no hot water and Kristi asked all the right questions, figured out tank had a recall and they are able to get the part and fix it in the same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!thank you!
