I called for last minute help, and Frank came out that afternoon and was so incredibly helpful! He fixed a door in 45 minutes that I had been struggling with for days! My drain was leaking, but the repair person who was supposed to fix it cancelled last minute, which was concerning. When he finally arrived after rescheduling, he seemed unsure of how to fix the problem and just coated the pipe with plumbers putty. This temporary solution worked for a short time, but the leak returned. I attempted to reschedule with the repair person, but encountered further problems and ultimately decided to call Pompei Plumbing for assistance. The new plumber arrived promptly and noted that the previous repair work was a "hack job" likely done hastily due to time constraints. The plumber replaced the corroded part of the pipe, and the leak was successfully resolved within an hour.
