Devon was absolutely wonderful. He arrived earlier than expected at night on a holiday. He ran for parts twice in blizzard conditions and arrived back each time with a smile and sense of humor. He went through every possible issue even though repair isn’t his specialty and never gave up. Every co-worker he called to double check an issue took the facts and helped with the next step even though they were also out in a blizzard on a holiday. Martin came the next day and was able to get our air conditioning unit working. This was in the midst of an incredibly hot summer season. My experience in the past is waiting weeks to have a technician show up during these type of conditions. He really took his time and was very thorough. He treated our home as if it were his own. Truly outstanding service! I would highly recommend their services for your heating and air conditioning needs. Their responsiveness was so greatly appreciated!
