I called Franciscus about a couple projects that needed done on our house. Logan came out right away to see all of the areas that needed work and gave me a quote for everything within 48 hours. We’re so happy with all of the work they did for us, especially our new roof! Logan was so helpful throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer our questions. We had a great overall experience with this company!

Franciscus, under the supervision of Albert Hobar, replaced my roof in 2012 and did an excellent job. I have called Albert several times in the years since to arrange for minor repairs unrelated to the roof replacement. Two days before Christmas 2022 high winds ripped off a piece of siding. I called Albert and he came out to inspect and tell me what needed to be done. He worked hard (made 2 trips) to find a good match for my sun faded siding. Then just as I was literally getting in the car for vacation in February I noticed some shingles that had lifted due to more high winds. Albert came out the next day while I was gone, communicated the need for immediate repair and arranged all this with me long distance. Within 48 hours, despite lots of rain, the repair was complete and no rain damage occurred inside the house. It has been wonderful to work with Albert through the years. Excellent work. Albert was very knowledgeable and helpful. The team was hard working and professional. Homes are very close together, so cleanup is very important.
