Josh was so responsive and understanding of our situation right from the start. We had 6 plus inches of sewage water backup in our basement that caused the water heater to be ruined. He came out that exact same evening after I called and worked to get the old heater dried up and at least lit, so we could get through the weekend with some hot water. Moreover, he scheduled a time 2 days later to come out and install the new water heater. The crew promptly showed up on Monday morning and completed the job with great professionalism and skill! I would highly recommend Josh and his crew from J.D.R. for any of your hvac needs!
