We replaced our original aluminum siding with vinyl and also replaced our front door, our front screen door, our doors to the deck and an original door to the garage from outside. House was built around 1970. Mike went over various options with us and gave us a thorough estimate. His estimate was several thousand dollars under the other estimate, using similar materials. Work was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had several issues that had troubled us for years, and Mike’s team worked up a solution for all of them. No doubt that we would use them again. I would ordinarily single out several of the workers for special mention, but really everyone did a great job. Mike’s Home Improvement recently completed a project to replace the existing front porch rail system and to construct hand rails for the steps leading to our front entrance. The finished work resulted in a more modern look and changed the overall appearance of our home. Greg added a screened in porch to our home in place of our existing deck. He was and took initiative where an idea or solution was needed. His workmanship and skills are excellent. He was very particular about his work and went above and beyond our expectations. We would use him again.
