We had scheduled an appointment with Harold to come and give us an estimate for possible painting and home repairs. His company was recommended by a friend (who I told him had referred him to us). On the day of the appointment, I called Harold's cell number and sent a text as well. No response to either. Highly unprofessional. Doesn't take much to text someone to cancel or call and say that something came up. Will never recommend and will be sure to tell friend of my experience. Guess he didn't want to the job; his loss.

Harold has taken exceptional care of my Beachwood home for 15 years. During that time he has completed multiple projects for me. Including Tuckpointing, Drywall, Gutter repair and maintenance, installation of gutter guards, painting, plumbing and electric work, ceiling repairs as well as concrete and brick work. His work is exemplary, and the quality is always high. Harold is strategic, explaining what steps to take for the best outcome over time. Importantly this does not always mean paying more he will sometimes even suggest more affordable options and come in under budget( he is very respectful of and fastidious with his customer's money).
