Assurance was the easy solution when a different HVAC tech just left the job in the middle and needed the furnace replaced. Renters were calling about no heat and I was in a time crunch but didn't want to be taken advantage because of that. Instead of multiple visits/calls for qoutes and scheduling installs he qouted to a pic and installed the next day. Everything worked as stated. My brother had same experience. Cost less than two other places, faster and easier. Perfect for an landlord that doesn't need their hand held or sold anything. No phone tag and shuffling around to different people for quotes and installs.

The installers that showed up at the house to install our central air conditioner were very polite and seemed professional. That is the only reason for the two star rating instead of one star. Paul, the person who quoted the job, was very un-organized. He forgot things that I had told him both verbally through several phone calls and through text messages. He also did not want to give us a written quote before the job start. As a result, the install crew did not have some of the parts or the information they needed to do the job. The first thing I asked the install crew to do before any work was to be done was evaluate the job and put in writing what the job would cost. This is when they found the issues. They also said that the parts they were missing would cost extra of course. So after they made some calls we had to wait for Paul to come out to the job to evaluate.
