I had a serious issue with my kitchen ceiling that needed urgent attention, I called Alex and Marshall they returned my call right away, came to assess the situation and came the next day to start work. I am more than happy with the results. They told me from the get go that if there was something I wasn’t happy about they would make it right, but there was no need for that, they did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I have had a toilet, tub faucet and control, kitchen faucet, stationary tub with faucet, and a privacy screen installed by the crew of Hinkles House. Alex will make sure all is working well before he is done and that I am satisfied. If there is anything that goes wrong after they leave he will make sure to return as quickly as possible to make any corrections. He is a good man and courteous.
