Chris was my technician. He was fantastic. It was a Saturday and he was there within 2 hours of placing the initial call. He was very honest about my situation and explained what was going on with my drain in live time. I would recommend every time a situation is out of the realm of the “do it yourself” category. I needed repair/replacement on 2 sinks and 2 toilets that Ive been having the same problems with for 2 years. I called this morning and they sent someone out within the hour. Austin arrived and was able to quickly identify the problems and give us options and prices. He fixed our sinks quickly and gave us options for the toilets. He was very knowledgeable about products too. I described what I wanted the new toilet to have and he recommended a brand and model name of what I was describing. I found it on sale at Lowes, so he saved me money by knowing exactly what i wanted. Better yet, he was able to schedule me tomorrow for the install. In the past I liked to go with family owned businesses, but I've had 3 plumbers here in the last 2 years and I'm still paying to fix the same problems. I'm glad I went with roto rooter this time.
