Anderson Plumbing

I had been a long-time customer of Anderson Plumbing, so when my dishwasher stopped emptying, I first ran it through a cycle, and all functions performed, normally, but it simply wouldn't drain. I Googled it and found a YouTube with similar 'Symptoms' (SOMETHING was blocking the drain) and a Quick-Fix, (Clear the Drain Hose.) I am NOT a DIY, so called Anderson's and told the lady my situation, complete with a description of the problem and possible solution. She gave me an approximate time for a Service Call, for the next day, but said she would call me back, and confirm the time. She did, and, again, I repeated my problem/possible solution, and she scheduled the Service Call for the next week. On the day of my appointment, the repairman called to say he was on his way, and I told him I believed I had a suggestion for a Quick Fix on my clogged Dishwasher drain. I was able to make a call and get a tech out same day. They were even flexible to push back my appointment when I got held up getting home from another appointment. Would recommend!

My landlord called for a gas line repair on Monday 6/19/23 and was told tech would be here Wednesday 6/21 between 1:45pm and 5:45pm. Wednesday they no call/no showed us. Landlord called them and they said they would be out first thing Thursday 6/22 morning. 8:45 am Thursday morning 2 gentlemen show up and said that the plumber, Mark was at a doctor's appt and they were sent to only take pictures. We walked them through and around the house and it took them a good 30 min to take all the pictures. I ask when the plumber, Mark would be here and they said he would call before heading this way but didn't say it it would be today or another day. Well , we waited till 3:51 pm and still hadn't heard from anyone at the company so I called my landlord, who called the company and was told that someone went outside and yelled at the 2 guys that took pictures.. This never happened and is a blatant lie. I have now been without gas for a week with no hot water or ability to cook with 4 kids in the ho
