Hank replied promptly and worked with my work schedule to stop by to assess my AC. He educated me on the importance of changing a filter and size I needed to replace. Hank then showed me that the capacitor was bad and already had it replaced and the AC was working again. I highly recommend his business, great professionalism and knowledge. I found them here on Google. They came out the same day we called, walked us through what was wrong, without a sales pitch. The price for two capacitors, replacement of weathered/exposed wire was only $175. This included the diagnosis, replacement parts, and labor! We offered to pay an extra $25 tip.
