Hank replied promptly and worked with my work schedule to stop by to assess my AC. He educated me on the importance of changing a filter and size I needed to replace. Hank then showed me that the capacitor was bad and already had it replaced and the AC was working again. I highly recommend his business, great professionalism and knowledge.
