This place was over $2,000 more expensive to replace our HVAC system compared to other places. Are you in the market for a new HVAC system get at least 3-4 quotes and compare quality and efficiency of the units.

Jeromy showed up on time and was very polite. He was able to make a quick, accurate diagnosis and had my unit running again in 10-15 minutes and the final bill was fair. I will admit we used another HVAC company to save money on a new system after being with Custom for 20+ yrs and we got what we paid for. After the new install we had a lot of damage to walls and doors which the other company did not want to fix. 5 yrs later they told us we needed a new furnace without doing a diagnosis. It turned out to be a faulty safety switch (rollout). Lesson learned, we are back with Custom HVAC. Service: A/C system repair
