This company went above and beyond to get the part needed to fix my AC. Where I was going to have to wait a week during heat advisory days, I only had to wait less than 24hrs. From the Supervisor who called the parts company himself to speed up delivery, to the secretary who addimately kept me in the loop, to the service guy that was prompt and professional. They have the best maintenance agreement in tulsa. It is a really good deal and I always know that if I do have a problem I dont have to worry about after hours fees or stuff like that because I have the agreement. They are always very polite and respectful, the office staff is amazing and always answers any questions I have. There is a new girl in the office named nicole and she is very helpful.
