Excellent Service! They had the same rate any day, and time of the week. Called them Friday evening, and scheduled a service for Saturday morning. They came in on time, and worked very diligently. Within two and a half hours they had my old water heater replaced. Both father, and son were very professional yet friendly. I have already recommended their business to my friends, and neighbors. It was time to do something with our bathroom and I am glad we used DunRite Plumbing. The job was done as expected and we were kept informed all through the process. I would use them again and we are. Our next project is just now under way.
I highly recommend Dun Rite Plumbing. Dun Rite Plumbing will always be my first call moving forward. The customer service , communication and quality of work provided is phenomenal. After initially being stood up by another plumbing company, I found Dun Rite Plumbing on the BBB website accredited with an A+ rating. I frantically contacted Dun Rite Plumbing on 1/20/2020 as my husband and I had removed our tub/shower combo over the weekend to replace it with a shower and the plumber scheduled for Monday did not show. Dan with Dun Rite Plumbing answered my call at 2:08 pm and arrived at my home at 3:14 pm. Dan is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed our project and plumbing needs. Dan provided us with a more than reasonable quote and timeline. The plumber arrived on 1/22/2020 as scheduled (during the expected timeframe). The plumber was extremely friendly and professional.
