I would like to commend the tech JUDE ! he was wonderful ! He cares and is knowledgeable. The prior tech arrived 2 weeks earlier and did not KNOW ANYTHING about how to repair the unit/humidifier. I was educated by JUDE and and educated consumer is what you need to be. I would rate the company at a 1 star as you call there and all you get is the run around. The warranty is good but you need to schedule online service rather than calling them as you only get a run around ! No one told me about the humidifier even had a filter that need to be changed yearly ! Thanks JUDE for an excellent service call.

Lincoln our work Specialist was professional and helpful. The task Lincoln did was well done, he explained everything to us step by step. If we had any questions he answered them where we understood. If there is another issue our family will surely call.

Will Cunningham did a fantastic project servicing my unit. He was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to fix the problem. He also spent some extra time explaining how to maintain the unit providing me the details I need as a new homeowner. terrifc job Will!
