Carson Cone was knowledgable, fast to get started, and the task quality leaves no room for complaint. When asked, he was even able to offer a fix about an unrelated plumbing project. professional and personable, a pleasure to have on site.

Our was not cooling. We contacted for service. An appointment was set for the following day. Rick Hubbard was our work man. He was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Rick explained our trouble and since the was still under warranty a new one would be installed. He set up the appointment for the installation crew to come in several days. We were please with his service.

I would like to commend the tech JUDE ! he was wonderful ! He cares and is knowledgeable. The prior tech arrived 2 weeks earlier and did not KNOW ANYTHING about how to repair the unit/humidifier. I was educated by JUDE and and educated consumer is what you need to be. I would rate the company at a 1 star as you call there and all you get is the run around. The warranty is good but you need to schedule online service rather than calling them as you only get a run around ! No one told me about the humidifier even had a filter that need to be changed yearly ! Thanks JUDE for an excellent service call.
