My mother was in a jam and needed a fix when the dishwasher wasn't draining water, due to a new garbage disposal recently installed by another party. It was early Monday morning and the employee answering the call was polite and professional, offering to have the issue taken care of asap. Within a couple of hours, Brandon called and said he was on his way. He was courteous and professional upon his arrival, representing the company well. He fixed the situation in the kitchen and was also able to fix a leaky faucet in the bathroom. The cost was reasonable and the work was clean and efficient. We had to have our water turned off due to a busted pipe. Called many plumbing companies that would not even try to get someone out that same day. Called horizon and the lady was very kind to find a plumber to come out to our pipe quickly. The plumber was very quick and amazing at fixing the pipe and turning the water back on.
