I have used Bowman Heat and Air twice now and have been extremely pleased with the workmanship, staff and speed of service. Just had an install from Bowman and the guys that came were super kind and professional. They didn't start playing loud music even with the big install ahead of them. No one was telling vulgar stories, or cursing, etc. They went right to work the moment they showed up. And the install I thought would take all day they finished in a few hours. The quality of their work did not appear to suffer from start to finish. They explained the system to me in basic terms and didn't get all fancy in their wording because I know little about HVAC. They cleaned up their messes and even apologized when making a mess, even though I didn't mind. They knocked on the door whenever they entered "my home," which is SUPER important to me. I have a pregnant wife and I am very protective. They didn't even know about her being in the house, which they get major brownie points for not being creeps, or coming off nosey about my life.
