I've had my fair share of creepy repairmen! and trust I was nervous about yet another company coming out, me being alone and having to deal with those inappropriate men saying stupid things... I tried Mullin because my employer has been happy with the service. My 1st encounter With Mullin was with Bryan, he is a field supervisor. Very professional! I was assured being professional is the Mullin way. so I scheduled the repair for today 8/10/23 I as nervous this morning wondering if I would be made uncomfortable or feel unsafe. To my delight Carlos was very kind and professional. He made the repair and service my AC unit. Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Because of Carlos and my experience I would highly recommend Mullin and highly recommend you request Carlos.

I noticed the ability to schedule my service online, so I did so on 7/27 - I received an email response on 7/28 with a confirmation of the correct date (8/7) in writing. Today, as it neared noon (I had opted for the window of 8am-12pm) I decided to call to find out if they might have an ETA. This was also prompted by the fact I had sent an email, yesterday, to request a text upon arrival which received no response (it is important to note that while setting up this appt, this is the same email with which I had corresponded more than once about details for the appt). The person answering the phone pulled up my account, and initially could not find anything scheduled at all. She searched and still came up empty. Then, finally, she found something that stated I was scheduled for 9/7. I explained to her that I scheduled it for 8/7 because I had the day off, specifically to address this need. I also referenced the confirmation email, in writing (from THEM), that the correct date was confirm

WE called Mullin out for a quote on installing a bathroom faucet we already purchased. They wanted almost $400 just to install it. A family member came out and installed it in around 30mins. My advice always get more than one quote, it can save you $$$, specially if you messed up and called Mullin for service.
