I've had my fair share of creepy repairmen! and trust I was nervous about yet another company coming out, me being alone and having to deal with those inappropriate men saying stupid things... I tried Mullin because my employer has been happy with the service. My 1st encounter With Mullin was with Bryan, he is a field supervisor. Very professional! I was assured being professional is the Mullin way. so I scheduled the repair for today 8/10/23 I as nervous this morning wondering if I would be made uncomfortable or feel unsafe. To my delight Carlos was very kind and professional. He made the repair and service my AC unit. Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Because of Carlos and my experience I would highly recommend Mullin and highly recommend you request Carlos.

I had someone come to remove my water heater. While they were here they fixed valves and said it may not last and might ultimately have to go through the walls. This is not the problem the top valve was not installed correctly at the top and I have to tighten it at various times to prevent leaking. It is outrageous that I will be charged another service call. I plan on telling everyone about your terrible service. I was warned that you were not the best and overpriced and I should have listened. I hope you can make it right by at least looking at it again without another service fee. I have made sure that I told everyone including the association here at Delaware Crossing to not use you. I will make sure to tell all my neighbors as well. I hope you will find it in yourselves to make it right.

Called for service and they had someone out here the next day to assess the problem . Hunter was very professional and let us know what needed to be done to fix the problem. Told us exactly when he'd be back with the correct supplies and gave us an estimate for how much it might cost. He returned right on time, fixed the situation quickly and cleaned everything up after himself. He and his partner were very courteous and professional. And to make things even better the cost wasn't as much as he'd estimated. Would recommend Hunter to anyone needing service from you. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
