We had a great experience with our HVAC replacement today through Polar Bear Jack’s! They were super quick about getting us scheduled next day, which was especially helpful given the 100+ degree temps outside and our old unit failing to keep our home cool. Richard, JJ, and Willy were prompt, courteous, efficient, and even playful with my kiddos and understanding of the chaos that comes with having kids and a dog running around. I highly recommend! Service is fantastic. Our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday night and the service manager (KC) was out within an hour to fix it. They even monitor and respond to e-mails immediately, even on weekends. The lady that called in response was super helpful and kind. I’m impressed.
