Todd is an exception to most businesses. He followed up for 2 years after he performed an inspection. Inspected the roof several times in between the first contact and roof replacement to ensure I was still in good shape. Never pressured me into a decision. We lost a few shingles in a wind storm. Todd came out again and inspected and assured me there was no major damage and I would be fine until I made a decision to repair or replace. I decided to foot the bill myself and replace it. Todd worked with on paying. Once they showed up they laid tarps all around the house and had a trailer in the driveway for debris. If I didn’t have security cameras I would never known someone was there. They started on Tuesday morning and finished that evening. The cleanup was phenomenal. I found one staple, that’s it!
