Our AC went out around 530pm on Apr 21st. I called this company and the woman who answered seemed really confused to receive my call. Apparently she forgot after hour calls were forwarded to that number. She took my info down and said I would get a call the next day from someone who would schedule a tech to come out. This call was on Apr 21st. Thankfully we got it fixed ourselves because it is now Apr 29th and still no one has called.
Wayne was the A/C Tech who serviced my A/C system. Wayne was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and explained the service he was providing and why it was needed. Very good service! Service: A/C system maintenance
