I used Cherokee Plumbing based on recommendations from the Nextdoor App. I called them to get a quote on a new water heater with a circulating pump. Within a few hours, Collin called and we discussed what I wanted over the phone. He provided a rough estimate based off that conversation but said I could request a formal quote if I called into the office. I did and had two guys out the same day to provide a quote. The quote was the best of the all the ones I had received, so I used them. I got on the schedule, but they called and had an earlier opening, so they got to my home within a couple days of my original call! The staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I've used Cherokee Plumbing for many years. I've had them fix leaks, replace a water heater, replace outdoor faucets, install a water softener. Colin has even made housecalls to check out issues and questions I've had about potential issues. And offered up how-to advice. They are my "go to" for anything plumbing.

Get quote in writing, his word isn't good. Check his work closely. He quoted $200 on the phone, then $300 when he saw it in person. He finally charged $405. After billing over 200% of what he quoted, I found he put the 3-way shower diverter valve cover plate on upside down. The little hole in the cover plate was on top meaning water could get inside of it. You can do better than Cherokee Plumbing. Service: Shower installation
