Outstanding quoting process - it’s all electronic with electronic sign-off. Their scheduling is fantastic with great communication and they always show up when they say they will. This team tackled a long list of items and no item was too small. They are great problem solvers and excellent at what they do. Their work was exceptional. Hired to help figure out shower leak. First they charge just to look, do nothing. Then 2weeks later cut holes in drywall. No call about what was found or repair plan. I have called 3-4 times, always have to leave a message. Still no return call. I did get another bill for the holes in my drywall. This place is a joke. Buyer beware. Use someone else!!!!

I started my job today the attitude of everybody in the office and those gentlemen in the field is very upbeat and positive. I could see myself making a career here. Thanks Tom. You're an inspirational man. Looking forward to many happy and accomplished days and projects.
