Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect

We had Hi-Tech plumbing come out to help us with some collapsed cast iron pipes under our house. They did a great job, they were neat and cleaned up during as well as after they were done. Javier did an amazing job and kept me consistently updated with what they were doing. I could not be any more satisfied with the work they preformed. I have another plumbing job that I need to get taken care of and will definitely be calling them for it as well. The ladies in the office were also very helpful, They were very informative and got me all the answers I needed quickly, which made this whole situation a lot less stressful. Amazing company. Always trustworthy and we've called these folks before but Matt A. was amazing. He had personality & he got the work done very quick & he was very knowledgeable. I always recommend this company and I'll always go to them for my plumbing issues. 5 stars.

The service is professional and from what I can tell, their work is good. However, I would like to caution anyone thinking about using their service, about their pricing. I had a tenant who had a running toilet and she had called them to come take a look. Very professional service, but after a $99 service fee I was presented with a few options to replace the valve for about $500 or install a new toilet for $1000 or $1400 (toilet upgrade?). I was absolutely stunned by the prices being asked. I ended up using their "repair" service for a ridiculous $500 price, and they did end up waiving the additional $99 service fee. I did not want my tenant to have a leaky toilet, so I bit the bullet, but I, unfortunately, will never use them again. Service: Toilet repair
