Richard installed a neutral wire for a smart switch on a fan circuit in my old house for me as well as the switch itself (which involved a module up in the fan canopy). He was very nice and was patient and indulged any questions I had which I really appreciated as someone who likes to learn. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and made sure that the work got done right -- he even patiently disassembled and reassembled my fan a second time after there was a noise present after the first attempt.
