Skylights of Oklahoma, which is part of McCanns Roofing, installed three sun tunnels in my half of a rather dark duplex. The difference is absolutely amazing! I keep checking to turn off the light switches during the day, and it's not on! Clint, the sales guru, came out to our house, gave his recommendations, and was totally accommodating as to my specific requests. The price was very reasonable. The crew did an excellent job installing the three tunnels. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Garrett, the project manager, checked out everything a few days before the crew came out, came out on the day of the installation, and again after the tunnels were installed to make the final walk through. And Desiree and Ally in the office were so very helpful when I called with questions. This is a very proactive, high quality company and I would definitely use them again! May 8, 2023 guy showed up for estimate on several small and large job estimates including roofing, siding and trim on a house and detached garage. Lot of estimates, didn't expect them to be done immediately. Guy seemed friendly and knew what would work best for me, very helpful. After about a month I called, he said he was in a meeting and could call back after. Never called. After another month I texted, said he was busy and would send estimate soon. After another month I left a request on the website for an estimate. He called back and said it would be sent soon. Been a week or so since then and I'm still waiting. I'm a retired professional and if this was my employee we'd be having a talk and I'd be using some bad words. Now I know I asked for a lot of estimates but the lack of communication is really, really irritating.

The team at McCann’s was excellent. From the next day appt to look over our storm damage to the siding to the techs who did the two day job nearly completely in one, my experience was second to none. Worked with 5 companies to try to get quotes and scheduled and struggled to get any responses but McCann’s kept every commitment and do an excellent job.
