Our AC unit needed to be replaced. From first contact with the company until the end, Triple Play exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and quality. HUGE thank you to Alvin and Greg, who both were so polite and worked so hard to make sure everything was in top notch shape for my family. I'm also thankful for Coby and Jeremy. The whole team rocks. I will for sure recommend this company to family and friends.
We love our new Daikin Fit system installed by Triple Play! Our home has been cool and comfortable since they installed it. The system is super quiet and our bills have dropped dramatically as well. John and Alvin were wonderful! They worked very hard and were very clean and professional. The installation manager Jeremy even came out and went over the system functions with my wife and taught her all the great features of the thermostat. They have a great team! Absolute dream company to do business with! Amanda on the phone was courteous and responsive. Chad (Tech on site) was at my home within an hour on a Saturday evening!! Clean, professional, personable and walked me through every step he was doing! (kudos to Josh for bringing the extra refrigerant needed). Can't recommend enough!
