Our AC unit needed to be replaced. From first contact with the company until the end, Triple Play exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and quality. HUGE thank you to Alvin and Greg, who both were so polite and worked so hard to make sure everything was in top notch shape for my family. I'm also thankful for Coby and Jeremy. The whole team rocks. Five Star, same day service. Dismantled and installed complete new A/C & Furnace system starting mid-afternoon. John & Josh were extremely efficient, professional, & friendly. Very pleased with their work and they stayed till 8pm to get our A/C back on after a 100+ degree day. Also, Austin & Coby was very helpful and friendly to get the ball rolling, plus the financing. Mike is one of the best business owners around! He and his employees are to rate! I called late yesterday with an issue, that wasn’t necessarily something he or his employees typically would assist with, but that isn’t how Mike operates. He took time out of his day to get me answers and what I needed to do. Most companies now days would fall on the sword of you need to contact the service agreement customer service, but Mike made some calls and found out who I needed to contact and what to tell them. He even offered if I ran into any problems to call him back and he would do what he could to help. Not many companies treat their customers like this anymore and to say it’s a relief to know there is a company out there that no matter what they will at least attempt to help their customer!! I will always use Triple Play Home Services! Everyone associated with TPHS are top notch and always strive to provide the best service possible!!!
