Triple Play is a customer oriented HVAC company who honored my specific request for a technician “Austin” whom I had met at the gym. Austin mentioned working for Triple Play previously in conversation so when our AC went out during the externe heat, we reached out him. Even on his day off, he offered to take our appointment with urgency. Austin was polite, professional and respectful of our home. My wife was most impressed that he covered his shoes with booties every time he entered our house. We are grateful to have experienced this kind of service. We’ll use Austin and Triple Play again.

Mike is one of the best business owners around! He and his employees are to rate! I called late yesterday with an issue, that wasn’t necessarily something he or his employees typically would assist with, but that isn’t how Mike operates. He took time out of his day to get me answers and what I needed to do. Most companies now days would fall on the sword of you need to contact the service agreement customer service, but Mike made some calls and found out who I needed to contact and what to tell them. He even offered if I ran into any problems to call him back and he would do what he could to help. Not many companies treat their customers like this anymore and to say it’s a relief to know there is a company out there that no matter what they will at least attempt to help their customer!! I will always use Triple Play Home Services! Everyone associated with TPHS are top notch and always strive to provide the best service possible!!!

Steve was amazing today. Very prompt, professional and super friendly. He patiently explained our issues, gave us his recommendations in a clear, concise manner and got us up and running! And now we’re on their maintenance plan, too. Amanda was also very patient w/ me yesterday, setting up the appointment. She was awesome. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Great job!
