I was very pleased with the attention I got, and even better with the response of the Tech who showed up that day, Travis. Although Travis was not an expert on my particular Generator... he dug into our product manual and troubleshot the generator. It runs great now and I feel much better about it starting when we need it to as it is a back-up to our Control Center.
Travis V is super. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and he took us step by step through the operation of the Generac 22KW. Very pleased with his customer service, his input, and the product. THANKS!!
Blaine was quick to respond, very helpful & friendly. He was very patient in showing us what we needed to do to clean out the tub drain next time.
