ES Heat and Air

We used ES heating/air conditioning trough our home warranty to find out why our ac was not cooling anymore. Courtland Thrash was the technician that came out and was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and also answered all the questions I had. He got the problem fixed and the ac unit back up and running properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was assigned via home warranty to ES Heat and Air. My tech Nathan showed up in the time frame and had the problem diagnosed and taken care of on site. So far AC is still going.

This company was assigned the job through American home shield about 2 weeks ago. They came out took the unit apart but didnt repair anything. The guy with es said itd take 24 hrs for ahs to receive his report. It took 4 days for ahs to receive their report. The guy told me I had a leak in the unit in a spot where it the whole unit needs to be replaced. He told ahs that we were missing parts but all worked before they showed up except that the unit wasnt blowing cold air. The unit was just out of freon due to the leak "stated by the contractor with This Company". Now I am having to have a 2nd opinion on everything I needed worked on. This company isnt any good.
