AC stopped running and I called a few places and HCS had the lowest service call rate and was still rated 4.9. I gave them a shot after comparing and contrasting other HVAC companies price wise. They were able to get me in on the same day I called that morning. Wesley came out and was incredibly professional, detailed, knowledgeable and most importantly honest! He found the problem very fast, which was a bad capacitor and educated me by showing me how and why it was bad. Not only that, Wesley recommended the unit, fan and motor be cleaned. I took him up on his honest professional advice provided for preventive maintenance longevity. After all said and done, the AC is quieter, cools quicker and clean as a new unit! Grateful for Wesley’s service and knowledge. 5 stars!

Got home from work to my AC out and a 90 degree house. Dustin was here within 45 minutes and service was great. He knew exactly what was wrong when he got here and took care of it almost immediately. House soon became cold again and Communication throughout the entire process was perfect. John and his team are THE BEST! When John put in my system a few years ago, he made sure I capitalized on any rebates out there. His installation was spot on and my thermostat is always consistent with the air temp in the house.
