First and foremost I want to thank Chris for his great customer service, patience, and professionalism! We weren't sure what to do with our roof as we are new home owners and still learning the ways of owning a home. When our roof was a mess, chris and his company Hiner Roofing provided us knowledge and expertise in helping us making the right decision. The fact that we were not sure at first what path to take in getting our roof done and he was patient in our decision making, is what had my husband and I know 100% sure he and his company was the go to for getting the job done! He made the process easy and took care of the haggling with our insurance company so we didn't have to. Our roof looks amazing and a big shout out to his crew for getting the job done in a timely manner. If you were to ask me to rank everything from 1-5, we give it a 10!! I was dreading having to replace the roof because I didn’t want the hassle of having to deal with insurance. I am a busy single mom so I do not have a lot of extra time. Chris and his team took care of everything. They handled the insurance claims, spoke to the insurance company on my behalf, met with the insurance adjuster, etc. Everything was completely so much quicker than I thought was possible. I recommend this company. Chris was attentive to all my needs And took care of everything IE meeting with the insurance company and discussing in detail everything that was needed to bring my house up to code. As a senior citizen, it’s hard to find someone you can trust and I feel like I can totally trust Chris.
