This is my experience with AC Medic Heating & Air Conditioning! On Time and Proficient; the two (2) technicians that installed my new HVAC system did a magnificent job! (Name Drop) Cade and Marcus…thank you again for your professionalism and quality of work you put into helping this home bounce back after 2 weeks in this temperamental Oklahoma summer without quality A/C. These young men came in and got right to work tearing out the old system and installing my new one. Thoroughly went step by step on how to properly use my new Thermostat and ensuring that any and all questions I asked were answered professionally after the job was completed. I have had nothing but a pleasure doing business with AC Medic. I called late on a Monday evening, from the moment I called I was informed when they could get a technician to look at my unit and how much it would be. They got to it next day in a company vehicle, and uniform, very professional and knowledgeable technician. I asked plenty of questions and he walked me through the entire repair step by step. Was able to discuss prior work done and the rate AC Medic would have charged was hundreds of dollars cheaper. The company truly isn't one trying to sell you something. This company has earned my business moving forward with any and all repairs to hear and air system. The price is more than fair, the staff are wonderful, knowledge, and professional.
