The Heat and Air Guy

They listened and did their best to fix my 17 year old hvac. We decided to replace the entire unit and did it the next day in 4 hours. Amazing! They had financing for those wishing to finance and their interest rates were cheaper than the banks. If you are interested in having hvac repairs they are great! Service: HVAC system repair

They got me scheduled same day and the tech, kaden, called and said he could come earlier which was great! He walked me through everything thoroughly and I got to see the clog etc and his remedies. He had my ac back on in an hour, and I’m very thankful because I’m a stay at home mom with 6 children and we were miserable in the heat before he came to fix it. The price wasn’t terrible either. I prefer smaller companies for these jobs because in my experience they’re hard working and trust worthy individuals, and that was my experience with this company. Service: A/C system repair

Very disappointing & had to call out another service company. Paid extra for a Saturday service call. Tech was very nice & saving us money by asking if we wanted to buy the part ourselves. We said sure & I ran to supply store & bought part. They had us put it in & walked us through the process. Hours later house wasn’t cooling. Called back 3hours after they left to see if they can come back out to check why that didn’t work. Told us we refused service so we would have to pay another $235 service fee to come back out that day. Called another company that came out on a weekday. We were ok with paying what we needed to in order to get cool air just figured it was poor service to not do a complete inspection when they came out the first time to see if issue was fixed. Then when call for help they inform us we refused service but they took our $235 for the service call. Felt very bambozzled by this process & extremely poor customer service to try & not even help us out. Won’t be usin
