They installed new HVAC for the house in 2019. This summer, the AC was not cooling well, they came to check, charged the diagnostic fee, but failed to identify any issues and didn't check the whole system very carefully. As a result, the house was still not cooling well. We had another company came out to check. The new company charged less fee, did a very thorough examination, found issues with return vent and fixed the problem. I am not satisfied with the service provided by the Heat and Air Guy. They failed to identify the problem, but still charged the service fee. Their technicians need to improve their technical skills.
Absolutely love this company! My AC went out and it’s me and my daughter and our two dogs. Kaiden came out and found the issue and fixed it quickly. Appreciate them for taking care of us! Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
They listened and did their best to fix my 17 year old hvac. We decided to replace the entire unit and did it the next day in 4 hours. Amazing! They had financing for those wishing to finance and their interest rates were cheaper than the banks. If you are interested in having hvac repairs they are great! Service: HVAC system repair
