Kari and the team at Tri-City Roofing came personally recommended from a family member, so from the moment she came out to provide her initial assessment we felt at ease working with her. She clearly communicated the process and was responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns. We had a full roof replacement, garage doors, windows and gutters replaced after a hail storm. Kari worked expertly to GC all of the work and our place was repaired to better than new quicker than most and we were happy with the results long after the job was completed. Would highly recommend to others.

Kari was awesome and helped us so much with the insurance part and always kept us updated on what our next steps were with the repairs and the insurance claim. They really are a great team.
