I've had a lot of issues in the past with getting a call back from other plumbers. When I contacted Champion, they were on it and communicated VERY well before, during and after my service. They didn't do a single thing without my understanding and approval. They are definitely Champions in my book! They are my go-to for plumbing now. William was great. Everything went seamless. We had a slab leak and in 3 days it was detected and fixed. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. William gave several options to fix the leak and didnt give us a hard time when we chose the option to fix it that was cheaper. Everything was clean when finished as well. I feel Champion plumbing did a great job unplugging my sewer line. I made a service call around 10am early in the morning and within a few hours my service tech arrived.
