I cannot say enough good things about Champion plumbing, specifically Woodrow and Robert! Our hot water heater went out in a relatively new build house and not only did they come the day we called within a few hours, but they worked tireless to get to the root of the problem and find a solution for us. We ended the day with hot water and could not be happier! They even went above and beyond to fix our water pressure issues. This review is from an experience I had last year. A little back story here, our hot water smelled really bad. My husbands sister had just passed away and some family friends were going to be staying at our house. I wanted to make sure the water didn’t smell bad while I was gone since they were willing to stay at our house and watch our dogs while we drove to attend the funeral. EVERYTHING I read online said it was the anode that needed to be replaced. It seemed like a pretty easy and quick fix that wouldn’t be too much money. I called Champion Plumbing based off of the great reviews posted online. The plumber came, looked at the water heater, looked at when the warranty expired, and explained to me that anodes can’t be replaced anymore and the only solution was to get a new water heater since the warranty on mine was up. Fast forward a bit, my husband looks at the water heater finds the instruction book on top that literally states you can replace the anode. I just cannot get past the
