Tom King Electric

Was having issues charging my EV from my 240 outlet which was due to my old electrical box wearing out. The crew was on time and worked hard and got my new box installed in half a day. My EV is now charging normally at the higher amperage supported by the outlet and circuit. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

We needed to install a Tesla wall charger. We started contacting vendors on the Tesla approved list. Unfortunately we didn’t contact Tom King Electric, Inc. initially since it was further down the list. The other vendors weren’t very helpful and didn’t return our calls for many days. So I contacted the other vendors on the list. Tom King Electric, Inc. was very responsive and I was able to speak with someone who was very helpful immediately. They scheduled my install within 2 days. The gentlemen who came to install the charger were very professional, polite and really helpful. They did everything to accommodate my needs. The price of the install was better than other companies I had contacted. I couldn’t be happier with this entire process. I now have someone I can trust for all my future electrical needs. Recommended through someone else in the neighborhood. Guys did a great job. Communication before the visit allowed me enough of a window to expect their arrival. Found the issue fairly quick, although it caused me not to really need their services. However, they were able to suggest alternatives and offered to help once we took care dog the other problem. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Service: General repairs
