Rile and Robert were professional, educational, friendly, and timely in replacing our 50 gal water heater after failure and flooding. I was honestly scared about scheduling a plumber but this business is definitely honest and trustworthy. Not only were they able to schedule me the next day, they also have fair prices! Very nice and professional. I loved that they come out and assess the problem before giving you a quote for the work. I felt the tech was honest and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the quote was a lot higher than I expected.
