It was a small job, but the electrician couldn't get out of my house fast enough. And when he removed the remnants of an exploded light bulb, he just knocked the remaining glass off and told me "you'll have a mess to deal with after I leave" (I'd previously cleaned up the other glass). Hopefully he didn't track the broken glass through the rest of my house. I absolutely will not use them again.

I have nothing but praise for the electricians that came to my house. My list was completed without a problem. We had someone come into our back yard and steal the disconnect from our A/C unit early in the morning, but we didn’t realize it until our house got HOT. I called around town and was quoted a pretty pricey repair since no one sold the individual piece we needed. Someone thankfully recommended that I call Waters Electric and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman was so kind and helpful and was so willing to help me out. He went above and beyond. He had to look around to see if they had the part I needed, then called me back quickly to let me know they did. He saved me SO much money today, which I’m very thankful for.
